ABOUT US & HISTORY

The Most Wanted SR supports car event hosts on XBOX platform through officiating, training, member attendance, and bringing a unique ongoing point system allowing for a more enjoyable experience to events as well as game play.

We currently support Grand Theft Auto Online, The Crew, Forza, and Need for Speed! We still continue to add new games to our system.

In May of 2015 a car show host on Grand Theft Auto named BoostGod77 decided to start a nightly car show meet on Xbox 360 based around players that wanted to have serious car shows, i.e. not standing on cars and cruising the world, quickly adding drag racing to the mix.  He quickly found member who shared his passion such as JG Dunzo, Chris4885, DOSxTreasurer, and pimpindahood.  Chris4885 worked directly with vipprimo who was streaming random car meets and looking for a serious group to host events to cover and he joined up to stream the action.  By the third event people were forming lines to full events (back then 16 players) that lasted well into the 6 hour range with Jwolf530, Vito Cervello, Tomboy, and Tidworks352.  Shortly after this BoostGod77 created the Sufficient Boost CC Social Club Crew [SPSI] and people started joining up.

Vipprimo also brought a unique point system he had created inspired by Midnight Club series of games.  On May 17th, 2015 he hosted the first Championship using his Midnight Club system in the Sports Class.  Six racers showed up (DOSxTreasurer, JG Dunzo, Vito Cervello, dacatsrule, GDBUMoWolf).

As events continued to occur new fun things occurred such as Tomboy starting the trend that booted player’s car would be transported via cargo bob into the waters of Blaine County.  It was just fun nightly events.

On May 17th , 2015 vipprimo also posted a video promo that would soon change the face of Sufficient Boost CC.  Shortly after creating it he contacted Rockstar and suggested featuring the crew and on September 17th, 2015 on the Crew Noticeboard, Sufficient made its appearance on the world scene.  By the end of the hoopla that would surround it, the video received 18,000 views and the membership ballooned to over 600 members.

As the launch of GTA on Xbox 1 hit the world and some players couldn’t make the move.  Vipprimo quickly moved to the new platform and started where he left off.  This allowed two groups to form.

Vipprimo started creating structured meets that had direction and event status, players gained points, and championships.  He then teamed up with a friend who ran another car show group, CeeJay703.  The merger with Vinewood Car Shows would lead to an unprecedented amount of support.  This would add staple members localcarlos, e4chin, Best3around, DeadpoolmyTaco, Troy Boi 1799, GeaserNess55, WhiteKnife, GunmetalEagle, and King ModoShank.  Events were, at this point, multi-lobby events that were filled to capacity.  On October 20, 2015 the Lowrider update occurred and one of the largest unprecedented car show occurred across two full lobbies featuring the Most Wanted and Vinewood Car Shows (over 60 players attended).

Video Coverage of the event is here: https://youtu.be/RZfRJkYBzhY

At this point a noticeable disappearance occurred.  BoostGod77 went missing.  Since BoostGod was the 360 side of things Dunzo began to take up the slack, but the car shows began to decline and as more players made the move to Xbox 1 there was no reason to continue to support them.

On the Xbox 1 side vipprimo’s events were only picking up and with the merger both car shows, drag races, street racing, and all sorts of other events were only picking up more steam.

Shortly after the event BoostGod made an announcement that he would be moving to Xbox 1 and scheduled an event.  He didn’t show for the event.  Then members started being booted from Sufficient Boost.  One after another close to 700 members would find themselves out of the crew asking what happened.  A big discussion occurred on GTAForums between members asking what happened and it was clear that BoostGod had felt threatened by other members running events and self-destructed the crew.

Vipprimo quickly asked members like agentRangerXD and Dunzo what they wanted to do.  Should the group be allowed to die or should we start over where we left off?  The question was a no brainer and on October 27, 2015 invites started going out to newly created crew vipprimo had christened the Most Wanted SR (Street Racers) from his Need for Speed roots.  This group would start off as Dunzo, LocalCarlos, e4chin, WhiteKnife, Tomboy, GeaserNess55, vl Goliath lv, King ModoShank, agentRangerXD, pimpindahood, Troy Boi and many others.

To better help everyone in car shows and events and as well as give a support system vipprimo added Hookmen, adjudicators for points and car shows, as system already created for his Midnight Club series of points.  The first Los Santos Sport Car Champion Local Carlos became the first Champion and Hookman, but unfortunately was unable to hold the position because of network problems.  At this time agentRangerXD stepped up and became the first long term Hookman and also brought in the rule that Hookmen could no longer hold titles as adjudicators (this rule would be rescinded in 2017).

A new era of prosperity occurred.  Vipprimo added the world championship, a full year of competition resulting in an overall championship in 2016.  As updates would come out new championships would result.  The Los Santos Championship (Sports), The South Central Championship (Muscle and Sport Classic), and many others.  Although the membership would stay relatively low with only 100 or so members, 70 to 80 members were considered highly active and holding competitive points, which was unprecedented.  By the end of the year Sneaki Gyraffe would be crowned the first World Champion and Tomboy would garner e4chin’s illustrious Lawn Car Challenge.

Other events would pop up as new members arrived and showed off new skills.  Ckilla would start the drag championships and earn a Hookman position, ChewieR would start the stock car races, and Sneaki Gyraffe would start the Atomic World Challenge a GT style racing event and later be forced to become a Hookman when CKilla was crowned Los Santos championship and left to go back to school.  agentRangerXD was promoted to handling the new games areas with Need for Speed, Forza and the Crew.  The year ended with Juxry being crowned the World Champion of 2017 and two other players would become AWC Champions.

When the organization had begun vipprimo was clear that he was never the “leader” of the group.  That a Hookman’s job was that of a servant to the crew and that anyone could Host and change the face of the group.  That the players made this group what it was and leaders only stagnate that growth.  He also made it clear that at some point in the future that he would pass the torch, unlike BoostGod, and as 2017 came to a close he quietly promoted agentRangerXD from Commissioner to Leader and Senior Hookman and left the group entirely.

He left a dedication video to those that defined his experience: https://youtu.be/9tDPqkwTjKU

As January 2018 began a new world would unveil for the group and the future seems even brighter than before.   Fully supporting Forza and Grand Theft Auto members could continue to earn new championships and define what this crew represents… the players.  We hope that you will become a part of our new future and take your turn at writing the history of the Most Wanted SR.
